Shared building interiors
Demolition packages for several lawfully vacant apartments
Several vacant apartments can share a renovation standard without needing the same demolition. One may keep its kitchen, another may need a bathroom stripped, and a third may have an approved layout change. Group the physical work by suite condition rather than multiplying one removal list by the number of units.
Discuss the removal portion through our commercial strip out service.
Compare renovation depth before grouping rooms
Use a suite schedule that names retained fittings and known differences. Vacancy is a physical observation; the owner must establish lawful access and applicable authority separately. This is removal planning, not tenancy or possession advice.
| Illustrative suite | Intended change | Removal package to assess |
|---|---|---|
| Suite A | Keep kitchen and renew selected floors | Defined finish zones around retained cabinetry |
| Suite B | Renew bathroom and retain other rooms | Fittings and specified layers after trade preparation |
| Suite C | Approved interior reconfiguration | Assessed partitions, affected ceilings and finish transitions |
The examples do not imply a completed Bolan programme or a standard output. Each suite needs its own confirmed boundaries even when the same installer follows the demolition.
Keep the exceptions visible
An altered cabinet layout, additional floor layer or retained bathroom changes the package. Record those differences before assigning a suite to a standard room type. A representative assessment can improve the questions asked elsewhere, but concealed conditions still need review in the actual unit.
The owner and relevant professionals resolve materials, affected services and design uncertainties. Do not infer that one empty suite's preparation releases the adjacent suite or a shared riser.
Connect suites to shared routes
Management and the GC coordinate the material route, building access and work-area availability. Other residents and retained building functions remain constraints. The sequence should follow assessed conditions and the next trades' needs, not a promised simultaneous crew capacity.
Ask the receiving contractor whether a suite is handed over after finish removal, a deeper strip-out or a separately reviewed layout change. Rebuilding and readiness for occupation are distinct milestones.
Start with the suites ready for review
Bring Bolan the suite schedule, authorised project contact, next-trade requirements and known exceptions. Avoid personal tenancy records in the enquiry. A clear first group supports assessment without claiming a fixed vacancy period, rent increase or approval for changes to dwelling units.
