Junk and Debris Removal in Oakville

How we do it
The photos in this folder show what these jobs usually look like before we start: a garage filled with rolled carpet, bags and building materials, another stacked with boxes, a workshop shed packed with old tools and scrap, a pile of old timber and metal beside a chimney, and trailers loaded with demolition lumber or yard branches on their way out.
Cleanouts often come before a sale, after an estate, or ahead of demolition or renovation. You tell us what stays, and we remove the rest. Items that can go to reuse or donation are set aside, metal is separated for scrap, and yard waste is taken to composting instead of landfill.
We load by hand into a trailer or bin placed on your driveway. Drywall, wood, shingles and mixed renovation debris are taken to licensed facilities. Materials that cannot go in regular waste, such as paint, propane cylinders and household chemicals, are set aside for proper disposal and we explain what we found.
Trailers and bins on driveways are placed so they do not block sidewalks. When the work is finished, the space is empty and swept.
Estate and pre-sale cleanouts can be emotional as well as physical work. We go at your pace, ask before removing anything that looks personal, and set aside papers, photos and items of obvious sentimental value for you to review. When a family is dealing with a house together, one contact person makes the process easier for everyone.
If you are planning a demolition afterward, clearing the contents first makes the demolition cleaner and helps with recycling.

Questions we hear
- Do you take everything?
- Almost everything. Hazardous materials like paint, propane cylinders and chemicals are set aside for proper disposal, and we tell you what we found.
- Can you clear a garage before demolishing it?
- Yes. Clearing the contents first is common, and we can go straight on to the demolition.
- Do you recycle?
- Metal goes to scrap, yard waste to composting and reusable items to reuse where possible. The rest goes to licensed facilities.
- Can you remove renovation debris left by another trade?
- Yes. Drywall, lumber, flooring and mixed renovation debris can all be removed.
